For French orders: 1-7 days estimated delivery
For International orders: 1-4 weeks estimated delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays)

Do you ship in my country?
I ship worldwide. But please take into account that I send from France so International shipments may be high depending on your location.
Can I ask for a refund?
As long as your package has not been shipped I can offer a refund for your order.

Once your package is dropped off at Laposte, it is unfortunately out of my hands. Please contact Laposte with your tracking number so that they can provide some assistance
